Scarce Garod 1450 'Peak-Top' Catalin radio in yellow with bright red marbleized trim. This original radio and is just a stunning example of this Garod model.  The yellow cabinet is set off by the contrasting marbleized red Catalin trim. This model radio is seldom seen in colors other than all butterscotch and in this fine of a condition.

This beautiful set is in great condition with no cracks, chips, tube burns or repairs to the catalin cabinet or trim. The original red trim is free of damage and looks amazing.The cylindrical shaped knobs, grill and handle are original to the radio and also free of any defects. The radio retains its original textured gold grill cloth which has no tears or stains. Cabinet retains the original manufactures paper label still affixed to the bottom of cabinet. Water-slide decal + dial plastic are correct replacements. This is truly a remarkable radio in excellent condition.

This stately radio measures approximately: 10.5" Wide by 8" High by 5.85" Deep. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician.
