Radio-Glo Company

Benton Harbor - Michigan

Radio-Glo Company The Radio-Glo Company Inc. of, Benton Harbor, Michigan manufactured these spectacular stained glass, chrome + ebonized wood Deco radios. Radio was designed + patented by George A. Stamm for the Radio-Glo Company in 1936. These seldom seen radios were made in a variety of stained glass color combinations.  The stained glass panels light-up from the inside giving the radio a warm glow, setting it apart from other radios manufactured in the 1930s. This interesting feature along with the use of different materials makes for a highly unusual and rare Art Deco radio.
