Gorgeous RCA 115 Art Deco "Skyscraper" Tube Radio
Seldom seen Art Deco "Skyscraper" wooden RCA model 115 tube radio made circa 1933 by RCA Victor Co. This radio has a great stepped skyscraper shape, symmetrical design, beautiful colored wood and concentric circle knobs. This wooden radio has none of the usually heavy detailing found on the majority of antique wooden radios. Cabinet styling clearly shows the departure in design from the ornately carved faces of previous wooden radios. The unique styling of this "Skyscraper" model would make this radio a truly beautiful addition to any collection. The wooden cabinet is in great overall condition + is structurally sound. Finish retains a beautiful luster finish to it. Radio is structurally sound + finish does have some light scratches, scuffs on the cabinet consistent with use + age. The radio retains its original knobs with some paint wear to the black. The dial and RCA foil tag are in great condition and are original. The gold patterned grill cloth is original + in great condition with no holes or tears. Radio has both the original manufacturers tags on the chassis + cabinet. Intensely Marbleized Large Addison 5
This incredibly marbleized oxblood red case and butterscotch trim Catalin Addison Model 5 is a magnificent, exquisitely crafted Art Deco radio. Manufactured in the 1940's by ADDISON INDUSTRIES LIMITED in Toronto, Canada also known to collectors as the "Courthouse" or "Large" Addison. The catalin has a deep shine, rich color and glow and also has exceptionally striking yellow and orange colorful marbleizing that looks like veins of fire running through the cabinet. The radio is in original, untouched condition, and is just a stunning example of this Addison model. This beautiful set is in great condition with no cracks, chips, tube burns or repairs. The five butterscotch vertical grill bars are original as are the three pinwheel knobs. The radio retains its original reverse painted dial glass also in excellent condition. The grill cloth is original and has no tears or stains and has only a small amount of wear. This is truly a remarkable radio in excellent condition. Pretty small round catalin desk clock in bright red fluted case with green surround. The fluted red catalin case is highlighted by the dark green front and rear surround. Bright Red Catalin Art Deco Emerson AX-235 Radio "Little-Miracle". Made in 1938 by Emerson Radio + Television is Emerson's first example of a small Catalin radio that also features a unique louvered insert grill. The small size of this radio combined with the great color and contrasting trim really makes for a stunning Art Deco radio. This highly marbleized + bright red Catalin is a one owner radio that has been meticulously taken care of and is perfect. Radio still retains the original trim, color coordinated back, dial plastic, decal + manufacturer's sticker. This is the most marbleized and original Little Miracle I have come across and this would make an incredible addition to any radio or Deco collection. The bright red cabinet is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, warp, tube burns or repairs. Cabinet retains the original factory gloss and the ivory tenite/plastic trim is original to the radio. Water-slide decal is original and in perfect condition. This models fragile plastic grill + knobs which are prone to deterioration are original + beautiful condition showing only a very mild warp on the grill. This Detrola Radios Design is a Beautiful Example of Machine Age Styling
This Detrola Jr. in bright red Plaskon made in the 1930's by Detrola Radio out of Detroit, Michigan. This cabinet's design is a beautiful example of Machine Age styling. This little radio packs a stylish Art Deco punch for its size. It is a beautiful and minimalist design with it's louvered grill + contrasting black knobs. The cases of these sets are however extremely fragile, especially the brightly colored Plaskon ones, and as a result few appear to have survived. The beautiful and brightly colored bright red Plaskon cabinet is in good original condition and retains a beautiful luster. The cabinet has no chips, burns, or repairs, it does have a few tight hairline cracks that have been glued on the bottom of the radio that do not detract from the beauty and rarity of this set. Radio has a few small scratches consistent with careful light use. The radio retains the original black plastic knobs in great original condition. Reddish-Brown and Butterscotch Catalin Deco Clock Lighter Combo
Seldom Seen Deco Clock Lighter Combo
Deco marbleized reddish-brown and butterscotch black catalin bakelite clock-lighter combination, It is unknown as to who made this as it has no markings that could be found. The clock's simple rectangular marbleized case placed on a thick beveled butterscotch base makes for a strikingly designed clock. The original metal lighter securely screws into the top of clock case and the striker is placed on the front of the beveled black base. Clock case has no cracks, chips or repairs; however it does have a couple hairline cracks on the butterscotch base along with some scratches located next to the striker from use. Silver clock face and surround is original and in good condition with some wear consistent with age and use. Measures approximately: 6" wide at base, 3.5" high by 2.5" deep at base. Remler "Scottie" 40 Radio w/ Blue Mirror Case - Rare
Seldom Seen Remler Bakelite Radio w/ Original Blue Glass Case
Fantastic Remler model 40 "Scottie" with factory blue mirror case. This is truly a rare find + a stunning looking Deco radio. The mirror case was an add-on available at Remler in 1936 at a cost of $20.00 - see original advertisement. Remler model 40 "Scottie" radio just slid into the mirror case to transform an already great looking Bakelite radio into a luxurious mirrored radio. Very few cases seem to have been sold due to cost or have survived over time as they are rarely found. Made in San Francisco, California, Remler radios were often characterized by their Deco designs in black and/or ivory with their distinctive Scotty dog logo. The blue mirror glass case is in wonderful original condition with no cracks or chips to the cobalt glass. Mirrors are original and look beautiful, with only minor scratches and oxidation consistent with age + use. The accent chrome trim on the case's edges has some minor wear. Case retains original tan felt on bottom. The accompanying model 40 "Scottie" radio has a black Bakelite body + an inset ivory Plaskon Art Deco grille and knobs. The radio retains a beautiful luster to the cabinet + trim and has only one hairline on the bottom screw hole. Scotty dog still has his often broken tail. Radio has original knobs, gold grill cloth and matching black Bakelite back panel all in great condition. Great set of six (6) Revere chrome with yellow Bakelite EMPIRE cocktail cups by William Archibald Welden. Produced by the REVERE Copper and Brass Company, 1938, and designed by their Director of Design, William Archibald Welden. These Bakelite footed cocktail cups were used in a number of the Revere Copper & Brass Company's cocktail sets. These would go great with either the Empire or Zephyr cocktail shaker set. Cocktail cups appear to be unused with only very small signs of age and storage. Chrome is bright and has no corrosion. Yellow Bakelite bases are free of cracks or chips and retain the factory gloss. Oscillating Electric Fan in Great Condition Model 9304
Robbins & Myers 8" Art Deco Oscillating Fan made by Robbins & Myers in Springfield, Ohio starting in 1933 model # 9304. This fan is also known to collectors as the "Modernistic" model because of its strong art deco design carried through the fan's cage and base. This is a particularly striking example of 1930's Art Deco design that would make a great addition to both a fan collection or an Art Deco Collection. This single speed with adjustment tilt fan can be used as a table fan or can also be a wall mounted fan. The condition of this fan is as close to perfect as you will be able to find. It has been completely been restored to like new condition both cosmetically and electrically. This fan makes no motor noise and is ready to be displayed or used. The color of the fan is black with gold and they were able to retain the original textured/crinkle finish during the restoration. It has a new period correct cloth covered cord with a Bakelite plug, and a new on/off gold switch. The fan's Art Deco styling is beautiful. Measures approximately: 13" High x 10" Wide at top x 5.5" Deep from front of cage to back of motor.

This vase is item number "800" according to original catalogues in the rare cased jade color which is much heavier. The bluish-green patina on this radio is stunning with it's strong veins of yellow with tones of blue and green running through it that makes this an incredible example of a rare radio. This Sentinel model was made circa 1945 by The Sentinel Radio Company of Evanston, Illinois Known to collectors as 'Wavy Grille' Sentinel, the designers surely drew inspiration from the automotive world. Along with the insert Catalin speaker grill and the slant front frequency indicator, the dial glass allows for easy viewing from above the radio as well, and acts as an additional architectural touch to make an already attractive radio into a true work of art. This particular example was owned by important catalin collector Mark Woolley, sold at Bonhams in 2007 along with the rest of his collection and has only been in one collection since.
