Beautiful oval shaped laminated catalin desk clock made by New Haven in bright red marbleized and black. The black catalin front and back are highlighted by the chunky red center. These New Haven clocks were marketed as "Catalin Clocks in Smart New Designs" as seen in advertisement. This is a seldom seen Art Deco Catalin Bakelite New Haven desk clock from the 1930's.

Clock has no cracks, chips, burns or repairs to the catalin. Dial face, brass dial bezel, brass back plate and movement are original and in nice condition with only a small amount of wear consistent with age and use.

Measures approximately: 5.5" wide by 3.25 tall by 1.2" deep. Clock is is sold "as-is + untested", seems complete. If you wish to use it daily, it is recommended you have
