Stunning Green Emerson Catalin '5+1' with No Rivets + Matching Handle

Ref: RA636

Striking and desirable marbled Lettuce Green with Light Yellow trim Art Deco 1941 Emerson EP-375 '5+1' catalin radio with handle and no rivets. This model has become known to collectors as the 5+1 due to the unique insert grill bar layout. The lettuce green cabinet has veins of yellow, clear and some brown running through it that makes the radio stand out from others. This model with a handle + no rivets is the rarest variation of Emerson 5+1's.

Beautiful marbleized catalin cabinet + handle are perfect with no cracks, chips or repairs; has a mild tube burn that does not detract from the beauty of the radio. Radio has original light yellow plastic grille bars and knobs. Water-slide decal and clear dial plastic cover are correct replacements. This rare radio is absolutely stunning and would make a fantastic addition to a collection.

Radio measures approximately: 9.5" wide by 5.75" high by 4.75" deep. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician prior to use.
