Great Emerson AU-190 Catalin radio from 1937 in a marbleized tortoise brown cabinet or Circassian Onyx as referred to by Emerson. This radio is absolutely stunning + seldom found in this color. The beautiful brown catalin cabinet is highly marbleized with tones of yellow, clear + brown that add depth to an already beautiful radio.

Radio cabinet is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, tube burns or repairs. Radio was polished about 7-8yrs ago and has taken on a beautiful yellow patina in the swirls. Radio has small scratches consistent with age + use of set. Gold fabric grill cloth is original + in great condition with no holes or fading and only small signs of age. The 3 brown catalin knobs are perfect + original to the radio. Water-slide decal + dial plastic are correct replacements.

Radio measures approximately: 7" wide by 10" high by 5" deep. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician prior to use.
