Emerson BT-245 catalin tombstone radio in seldom seen yellow with brown marbleizing and ivory trim. The cabinet is a beautiful butterscotch yellow with brown marbleizing that adds depth to an already beautiful radio. The yellow with brown swirl cabinet is not found as often as the standard yellow. The radio is in original, untouched condition, and is just a great example of this Emerson "Tombstone" model.

Radio cabinet is in perfect condition with no cracks, chips or repairs. Has a very minor tube burn that blends in with color and swirl. Has small scratches consistent with age and use. Gold Gemloid dial is bright and perfect. This models fragile plastic/tenite grill, which is prone to deterioration, is original and showing only minor warp, and light scratches.  Knobs, water-slide decal and dial plastic are correct replacements.

Radio measures approximately: 7" wide by 10" high by 5" deep. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician prior to use.
