Fada Model 711 Blue + White "Dip-Top" Catalin Radio

Perfect + Rare Bright Blue Dip-Top Catalin Radio From 1946

Rare and highly desirable lapis-lazuli blue 1946 Fada 711 "Dip-Top" Catalin radio - the last of the Catalin models made by Fada Radio. This set has no chips, cracks, tube burns or repairs to the Catalin case or plastic trim. The Catalin case has spectacular marbleizing and has been cut/polished back to its original color of bright blue.  The ivory marbled knobs + handle are original and the bright and colorful Fada sunburst dial face is also in excellent original condition.  Dial plastic is original and grill mesh has been re-flocked back to its original state.

Radio measures approximately: 9.75" wide x 5.75" high x 4.5" deep. This set is sold "as-is + untested", the chassis seems complete. Set is being sold as a "non-working" vintage electronic device that should be gone over by a qualified technician prior to use.
